This activity may either be done standing on the floor or rug, or seated on a rug or at desks. Either way, students should be able to see the board or other space where you’re writing down their verb ideas.
You’ll need a board, chart paper, or other place to write down the class’s ideas where everyone can see them.
Demonstrate command of the conventions of standard English grammar and usage when writing or speaking.
Use frequently occurring nouns and verbs.
