side for now. Put your writing checklist side by side with your draft.

introduction and check off the parts you already have.

Read your first body paragraph. Check off the parts you already
have. Revise to make sure all the boxes are checked.

Read the revision ideas to yourself. When you’re done, show
a quiet thumbs up.

Pick one revision idea, and revise your first body paragraph using
the idea that you chose.

Revise the remaining paragraphs in your draft.

Recopy to write your final draft.

Get your research packet. Gently pull your bibliography worksheet
off the back of your research packet. Put the rest of your research
packet away.

Use two staples to staple your bibliography to the back of your
first poster page.

Write or draw what you’d like to put next to the submarine
and inside the rock on your poster.

Put glue in the grey box where it says “glue here.” Carefully line
up the second page of your poster with the top of the grey box
and press down.

Use your coloring supplies to design your final poster with color.
