If students need an intro or additional support with understanding the characteristics of the narrative genre, we recommend teaching the Intro to Narrative Writing lesson first.

Students who are ready to work at an independent level will create each part of a story using the narrative checklist. 		30 per 30 students
Ice Cream: Supported worksheet
Students who could use a little extra support will use sentence stems and the narrative checklist to create each part of a story. 		30 per 30 students
