TEACHERS: As a follow-up to this lesson, we suggest students write their own opinion poster, like the one they helped Taylor and Kayla make. Each student will write a paragraph supporting a cause the student feels passionately about, using supporting examples from their own experience. Ask students to use the word AND as we practiced.
